This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed at Dzylva on https://www.dzylva.shop.

Order Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1‑3 business days, Monday‑Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time Estimates

Total delivery time = processing time + carrier transit time.

United States (Continental): Estimated transit 3‑7 business days.

Alaska / Hawaii: Estimated transit 7‑12 business days.

International Orders: Estimated transit 7‑18 business days; may be delayed by customs.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates calculate at checkout based on destination and order weight. Qualifying orders may receive free‑shipping offers shown at checkout.

Carriers & Tracking

We use USPS, UPS, FedEx and other reputable carriers. After dispatch you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24‑72 hours for tracking data to activate.

Address Responsibility

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. If your order has shipped we cannot reroute packages. Incorrect addresses may result in return‑to‑sender; return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund.

Customs and Duties (International)

Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in product or shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost, contact our support team. We work with carriers to investigate lost shipments. Resolution may include replacement or refund subject to carrier investigation results.
